Nigaahon mein Shaan-e-marrawwat naa hoti

Faqeeron ko Irfaan-e-Hasti naa milti
Ataa Zahido ko ibaadat naa hoti

Musaafir sadaa manzilo par bhatakte
Safeeno ko saahil ki qurbat naa hoti

Har ik phool ka rang pheeka sa hota
Naseem-e-bahaaraan mein nikhat naa hoti

Khudaayi ka Insaaf Khaamosh rehta
Sunaa hai kisi ki shifa'at naa hoti
